Located on H Street in the District of Columbia (Washington, D.C.), in the former Rice Bar space, the Grand Central Sportsbook Cafe opened on March 8, 2024, and builds upon the success of its groundbreaking gambling headquarters in Adams Morgan. Visitors can watch sporting events on any one of three large TVs and place bets via four self-service kiosks and an on-site ticket window. In addition to sports betting, the Grand Central H Street location's approximately 1,800 square feet also serves on-the-go food items like sandwiches and salads along with baked goods and other desserts from Tissy Sweets Bakery & Cafe. The Clinton, Maryland-based bakery has reportedly set up a kiosk at GC.

The H Street location is the second D.C. sportsbook for owner Brian Vasile, who is also responsible for Grand Central Restaurant, Bar & Sportsbook in Adams Morgan. It is the first new betting parlor to open in the District since Over Under Sportsbook debuted within Cloakroom Gentlemen’s Club at 476 K St. NW on December 29, 2022.
