Coming spring 2025, Delaware Park's covered and open air 10,000 sq ft patio will be situated adjacent to the casino's racetrack and feature 250 slots. The largest outdoor gaming space in Delaware will be heated during the winter and allow smoking, drinking and slot play all at the same time. 

Delaware Park Casino & Racing is located in Stanton just outside the city of Wilmington, Delaware, about 30 miles from Philadelphia. The facility first opened in June 1937 as Delaware Park Racetrack and was the first pari-mutuel racetrack to open in the state and the only one to host Thoroughbred and Arabian breeds. The property was purchased by Canadian-based private equity firm Clairvest Group Inc. and Rubico Gaming for $90 million from the Rickman family in 2021. It has since grown into a multi-faceted gaming facility that has the distinction of being the only thoroughbred horse racing track in the state.

In addition to seasonal live thoroughbred racing and year-round simulcast wagering, the 80,000 sq ft casino floor offers more than 1,900 slots (the slots facility was introduced in December 1995) spread across two levels, including progressive, reel, video slots, video poker, and a High Limit room, 40-plus gaming tables, a 25-table poker room and full sports betting on all professional and college sports. Other property amenities include several dining options, an on-site brewery, and a gift shop.

After a $10 million renovation project was completed in late 2023, the casino gained an upscale baccarat and blackjack pit, pod-style slot cabinet configurations, a variety of new food and beverage options and an expanded VIP bar, which offers a touch of the Las Vegas and Atlantic City experience to regional guests. 

The live racing season typically opens in May and closes in early October. Delaware Park's signature competition, the Delaware Handicap, is the state's biggest thoroughbred horse race.

You must be 21 or older to be on the slots floor or to wager on them, and while there are no age restrictions to enter the Race and Sports Book & Grove areas, all children (under the age of 18) must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Delaware Park Poker Room

Located on the 2nd floor - Club 1 (track side), the 25-table Delaware Park Poker Room runs weekly tournaments, select high hand days, and more. You will always find No Limit Hold'em cash games running with 1/2 Pot Limit Omaha Hi once a month and 5/5 Pot Limit Omaha Hi on weekends. Every now and then the room runs 2/6 Spread Limit Hold'em, 4/8 Limit Onaha 8/b and 4/8 Limit Hold'em. Tournament play is pretty much No Limit Hold'em exclusively.

The non-smoking room offers auto shufflers, food tableside, check cashing, valet parking, TVs, WiFi and players can order food from their table.

On A Roll Deli

On A Roll Deli is located on the slots 2nd Floor of the Casino at Delaware Park and is your go-to place for a quick bite. There's something for most, four days a week, from subs and cheesesteaks to overstuffed deli classics and more. 

High Stakes Brewery

• Serving: American, Bar/Pub

At High Stakes Brewery, formerly 1937 Brewing Company, visitors get a front-row seat of the entire beer brewing process. The casual dining area serves gastropub-style food while the full-service bar offers 8-10 hand-crafted beers on tap and cocktails. The on-site Brewery Stage plays host to free entertainment and the partially covered outdoor Grandstand offers the best views of seasonal racing. Located at the heart of Delaware Park, the venue features large-screen TVs throughout and is just steps away from all the gaming action. 

Moneyline Sports Bar & Lounge

• Serving: Bar/Pub

Open daily, Moneyline Sports Bar & Lounge is located on the casino side (2nd floor) and serves a variety of quick but filling fare such as pizza, burgers, sandwiches hotdogs, and beer. A light snack might consist of freshly crisp fried pretzels with a beer and aged cheddar sauce, or "Wing Zings", but there are plenty of specialty sandwiches and salads too. Be sure to check out the football beer specials and enjoy the games on 30 TVs.

In addition to good food and drinks, Moneyline offers full sports betting on all professional and college sports, including parlays, straight bets, round robins, teasers, futures and more. 

Del Cap

Del Cap is open every day of the year and offers a great vantage point to watch the races May through October at Delaware Park. It's located on the 1st floor (trackside) and offers a wide variety of appetizers and comfort food from soup & salads, sandwiches, sides and draft beer. 

Picciotti’s Pizzeria

• Serving: Pizza, Vegetarian, Quick Eats

The Antipasto at Picciotti’s Pizzeria consists of the Chef's selection of premium DiBruno meats and cheeses, kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, basil pesto oil, and pickled onions. This salad is served with crispy flatbread. Several other salads are available as well, but the main magnet at Picciotti’s, located on the second floor between the Slots and Racetrack Clubhouse, is the brick oven pizza! Well, okay, some come in for a variety of selections of local craft beer and famous names like Fat Tire and Lagunita's on tap, but the main draw are the awesome made-to-order pizza pies.

Rooney’s Market

There's not a lot to say about Rooney's except that it is one of the most popular eateries at The Casino at Delaware Park.  The award-winning venue pumps out unique and fresh, hot and cold specialty sandwiches into the wee morning hours every day of the week. Enjoy a fresh grilled panini just the way you like it or a cold crisp salad. For a real treat may we suggest the Mr. Delaware Park 12 corned beef sandwich along with a side of crab bisque?

Racing Legends

Located on the 2nd floor next to the escalator by the slots at Delaware Park, Racing Legends is the perfect place to step away from your game for fine dining in an elegant Victorian setting. Legends is rich in memorabilia from DelPark's long history as a racecourse. The menu offers tender and juicy steaks, fresh seafood, and their signature Crab Cakes Delaware., among dozens of other sumptuous choices.  Enjoy full bar service and an expanded wine list. Proper dress is required and reservations are strongly recommended.

Foo Noodle

Located next to the High Limit Pit, Foo Noodle offers a casual menu featuring Asian fusion favorites such as dim sum, noodle soup, Vietnamese mango salad and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Terrace Dining

The Terrace is located on the 3rd floor, and is the ideal location to watch all the day’s racing action while enjoying comfortable, casual dining. No matter where you sit, you'll have a terrific view of the track, as well as a personal tabletop TV monitor. Only open during Live Race meets, choose from creative starter options, a variety of sandwich options, burgers, soups and salads, along with cocktails, seltzers and can beer.

The Cove

The Cove is open on Saturdays, only during live racing. At those times, choose from hot dogs, pizza by the slice or the whole pie, snacks, beverages and bottled and draft beer are also available. 

R Bar

Open daily, the R Bar is located in the center of all the action on the casino floor. The spacious, upscale bar is a great place to people-watch, sip hand-crafted cocktails and try your luck at bar-top video poker. There are also plenty of TVs, so you can watch the games as you play. 

Meeting & Event Facilities

The Casino at Delaware Park and White Clay Creek Country Club feature unique settings for just about any event.

From the outdoor Picnic Grove to the New Castle Room, which offers a multi-purpose dining room featuring large video walls for watching all the live racing action and can also accommodate banquets, business meetings and cocktail receptions.

They accommodate parties from 20 to over 2,000 guests and feature menus for every occasion.

The Veranda Room at White Clay Creek Country Club is ideal for wedding receptions, corporate gathering or golf outings. It features a partially covered terrace overlooking pristine greens and picturesque fairways and can accommodate up to 250 seated guests.
