Ho-Chunk Gaming Madison is located at 4002 Evan Acres Road near Madison, Wisconsin and is one of six gaming facilities owned and operated by the Ho-Chunk Nation located throughout the state. Completely smoke-free, Ho-Chunk Gaming Madison offers more than 60,000 square feet of gaming featuring 1,200 slots, video poker and keno machines ranging in denomination from .01 to $5. The casino boasts the highest payout percentage in the region and claims its entire gaming floor yields an average slot payout of 95%. In addition to 24/7 gaming action, the casino also includes the Gamers Grill restaurant which is open around the clock, as well as bar located next to the restaurant.

The casino opened in 1999 as Dejope Bingo & Entertainment but changed their name to Dejope Gaming on New Year's Eve 2006 after a massive renovation and introduction of bingo powered slot machines. All Ho-Chunk gaming venues were rebranded, along with Dejope, in 2010.

In September 2016, the casino broke ground as part of a multi-million expansion project.
