Dakota Sioux Casino & Hotel is located on Sioux Conifer Road in Watertown and is owned and operated by the Sisseton-Wahpeton Sioux Tribe. The five-story hotel features 92 rooms and suites, arcade, gift shop, fuel station/convenience store, meeting & event space, casino bar, lounge, deli, and restaurant.

The casino is open 24 hours a day and features more than 300 multi-denomination gaming machines including slots, video poker, and video keno as well 13 gaming tables featuring  2-Deck and 6-Deck Blackjack and Silverado Stud Poker. The casino also offers Dealer's Choice Poker on three tables.
