The tropical-themed destination resort, River Spirit Casino Resort (formerly Creek Nation Casino) is located on the banks of the Arkansas River at 81st & Riverside Drive in Tulsa. The Creek (Muscogee) Nation-operated property features a brand new 27-floor all-glass hotel tower with 483 luxury rooms and suites that opened on January 1, 2017.

The new hotel is part of a $380 million expansion and renovation project that began in 2014 and includes a 30,000 square foot convention and meeting center, resort pool with cabanas and beach bar on the Arkansas River, retail shops, several dining and entertainment venues, fitness center, spa, and a 2,500-plus seat showroom theater for live entertainment and sporting events.

In 2016, the 50,000 square foot Margaritaville Casino and Margaritaville Restaurant opened at River Spirit giving the property's two casinos in one a total of 200,000 square feet of gaming which includes more than 3,000 state-of-the-art electronic games with penny slots, video poker, electronic roulette, and more. Guests will also find 31 tables games featuring craps, blackjack, Ultimate Texas Hold Em, 21+3, roulette, Three Card Poker, Mississippi Stud, Fortuna Baccarat, and Free Bet Blackjack. The Tiki Dining menu offers healthy options such as Shrimp Ceviche, Buffalo Sriracha Shrimp, Turkey & Avocado Wraps and personal pizzas to name a few.
