Chips Bar & Grill is located at 219 West Steuben Street in Bingen (Cook) Washington. The doors open at 11am for food and drink. Poker play begins at 7pm most nights. If you register between  6:15 & 6:50pm you'll get 6,000 starting chips as opposed to 4,500. There are 3 tables open Wed-Saturday and a rousing Omaha game on the first Sunday every month at 5pm.

The kitchen is open late every day and they also prepare food to go. The menu is all American Bar and Grill with appetizers like fried cremini mushrooms, clam strips, and house made pickled eggs. Try a burger, chicken sandwich or salad. Three of the four basket dinners are from the sea but you can get checken strips with garlic toast and choice of fries.

Chips Bar & Grill offers a simple menu of satisfying fare right in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge. They are open 7 days a week from 11am to 2am and serve food up until the last minute. Orders to go are no problem, just phone up ahead of time and it will be waiting for you.  There are about 10 starters on the menu with pickled eggs and hot wings being the least expensive at a buck, and half a dozen mozzarella sticks with marinara clocking in at under six bucks. All burgers and sandwiches are served with chips - not the kind you can use at the poker table, and the baskets come with fries and garlic bread. The only thing on the menu over $10 is the Captain's Plate with 4 panko breaded prawns and 3 pieces of Guinness battered cod, with sides.
