DraftKings at Casino Queen, formerly Casino Queen, is located at 200 South Front Street in East Saint Louis, Illinois. The casino started as a riverboat in 1993 and opened up shop in the current riverfront location in 2007. The casino has 38,000 square feet of casino floor space with nearly 1,000 slots and video poker machines, 29 gaming tables, a variety of dining options and a hotel with 159 well-appointed guest rooms, a pool, spa and more. Those on the road can enjoy a space at the on-site RV park and still get a ride to the casino door.

The casino is now open from 8am to 4am, 7 days a week. Visitors must be 21 or older to enter casino or play.

Dinners choose from appetizers such as marinated portabella mushroom fries with jalapeño aïoli or chicken salad sliders with pecans, celery, aïoli, and arugula, as well as a variety of entrées range from casual options, like the Steakhouse Onion Burger with caramelized onions, melted Swiss, French onion au jus and arugula, to steak cuts that include a 10-ounce sirloin, 16-ounce bone-in rib eye and a 14-ounce Kansas City-cut Angus striploin. For those not ready to eat, have a seat at the bar and try one of the hand-crafted cocktails, like the Ginger Apple Mule and the Double Barell Sour.

The Queen's Court can accommodate 25 guests, making it ideal for small business conferences; the Cypress Room accommodates up to 56 guests and is the perfect space for a wide variety of events; and for large-scale events and special occasions such as weddings and receptions, the Imperial Ballroom can accommodate up to 250.

Located in the center of all the action, the full-service QBar serves a variety of beers and spirits.

In addition to the nice hotel, DraftKings at Casino Queen offers visitors a full-service RV park right on the property, convenient to downtown St. Louis.
