Sister property to The Venetian, located directly south, The Palazzo is part of a larger complex (operated as one hotel) comprising the adjoining Venetian luxury resort and Venetian Expo, all of which were sold by Las Vegas Sands Corp. to Vici Properties and operator Apollo Global Management in Feb. 2022. When you enter the building you will be amazed at the 80-foot domed ceiling if you can manage to take your eyes off the absolute opulence surrounding you. The casino itself is spread out over more than 102,000 square feet and hosts thousands of slot machines as well as almost 140 table games in the main section and another 20 in the high limit salon. The entire property is LEED certified and you won't smell stale tobacco smoke, even near the smoking areas. At least 50,000 square feet of casino floor is non-smoking as well as most of the rest of the property.

Every one of the 3,068 rooms could be considered a suite with the smallest no less than 700 square feet. Upgrades are easily available most times of the year and include several additional amenities such as a private lounge. The hotel features one of the premier spa experiences on the Strip as well as several fine dining establishments. Connected to Venetian Las Vegas by the Shoppes at Palazzo, there are over 100 upscale boutiques featuring famous name designers, jewelry and watches.

Several bars and lounges are on the property including the hot and trending LAVO which is run by the same people who brought you TAO Las Vegas next door at The Venetian.

Grand Lux Café at The Palazzo

Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, the Grand Lux Café is sister to The Cheesecake Factory, and similarly has something for everyone. In addition to more than 20 tempting desserts, such as baked-to-order signature Chocolate Molten Cake and New Orleans Beignets, visitors can choose from entrees ranging from Asian-inspired Miso Glazed Salmon to Chicken Madeira and authentic Specialty Pastas. You'll also find appetizers, pizza, steaks, burgers, salads and sandwiches as well as an equally diverse wine list, including selections from all regions. Located near The Palazzo Theater.

LAVO

Hong Kong Café

Centrally located at The Palazzo Casino, this high end, modern Chinese restaurant serves lunch, dinner and late-night dishes with an eclectic mix of Asian cuisine and Western fare. Signature dishes at Hong Kong Café include rice roll with X.O. sauce, Macau-style roasted pork belly, fried fish ball with curry, baked Chilean sea bass, pan-seared scallop with Szechuan pepper sauce, and pepper-crusted beef tenderloin with golden garlic flakes. Located on The Palazzo Casino floor near The Palazzo Waterfall Atrium. Mott 32

• Serving: Asian

Serving contemporary Chinese cuisine, Mott 32 is located on the Palazzo Casino floor, serving Cantonese, Szechuan, and Beijing cuisine using farm-fresh ingredients. The restaurant’s signature private dining room, known as the “Boom Boom Room, serves a special menu, Mott 32's Red Menu, which highlights signature dishes including hot & sour Iberico pork Shanghainese soup dumplings, signature lobster "mapo tofu" and Alaskan crab casserole vermicelli, paired with premium beverage options. 

 

 

WAKUDA

Located in The Palazzo Lobby, Tetsuya Wakuda’s namesake is the newest concept from latest 50 Eggs Hospitality Group and features Japanese cuisine inspired by the Shinjuku ward in Tokyo, in an upscale, fine dining experience. In addition to the unique atmosphere, the restaurant helmed by the two-Michelin-starred chef specializes in traditional Japanese cuisine using seasonal ingredients at their peak, offering nigiri and other sushi, rice and noodles, tempura, and various proteins grilled yakimono style. Sea urchin and scallops along with king salmon sliced thin and prepared with mirin, soy and wasabi is also on the menu, as well as Japanese A5 Wagyu served nigiri style and to complement, an extensive sake and whiskey selection. Guests can experience meals in a variety of ways, from a la carte dishes to a tasting menu, in the main dining room, the patio overlooking the Las Vegas Strip, or the lounge. In addition to a cutting-edge mixology program, WAKUDA's lounge offers nearly 100 sakes, a special late-night menu available until midnight and guest DJs. The private dining room seats eight.

The poolside patio restaurant at The Palazzo, Solaro by Wolfgang Puck, is open to hotel guests only for breakfast and lunch. Choose from refreshing cocktails and Puck's specialties such house-made granola with yogurt and fresh berries to French-style omelets with wild mushrooms, asparagus, gruyere cheese, and potatoes, wood-oven baked pizzas, Chinese chicken salad with candied cashews, cabbage, and sesame ginger dressing and more. 

Moon Palace

Located on The Palazzo Casino floor, Moon Palace features an open kitchen where guests can watch their food being prepared. Just line up to take to order food to go or dine in-house at one of twenty stools situated along the countertop with kitchen or casino views.
