Expected to open in late 2026, the Pascua Yaqui Tribe broke ground on what will be its third casino, Casino Del Sol - Grant Road, on Janualy 13, 2025. Located near West Grant Road and Interstate 10, its is the first casino Tucson’s city limits. The 172,000-square-foot property will reportedly include 73,000 square feet of gaming, including a second-floor escalator entrance, restaurant and sports bar. Gaming options will include slot machines, a high-limit room and table games.

Construction of a four-level parking garage with more than 1,000 spaces is nearly complete (Jan 2025).

Construction is scheduled for two phases. In addition to the parking garage, the 1st phase will include the construction of the casino, restaurants, food court and bars. The casino construction is expected to take two years to complete with the grand opening celebrated in late 2026. Phase 2 will follow with building a hotel, conference center, and an a second parking garage.

The new casino is the third casino owned by the Pascua Yaqui Tribe. The tribe owns two other casinos in the Tucson area, the Casino del Sol at 5655 West Valencia Road and the Casino of the Sun at 7406 S. Camino del Oeste.
