Epicurien

Epicurien is the main restaurant, bar, and lounge of Casino de Marrakech. The atmosphere is cozy and the venue is filled with large mirrors, crystal lamps, and mahogany furniture exuding a rich and sophisticated ambience. Giant skewers of lamb, beef, chicken or king shrimp await at the barbecue as well as roasted St Pierre filet with crisp vegetable julienne, - Coconut milk panna cotta, and delectable millefeuilles.

Estrade Gourmande

Lagon & Jardin

Lagon & Jardin is situated at Es Saadi Gardens & Resort such that you can sit at the edge of the lagoon on the large terrace overlooking the pool and enjoy prime Mediterranean fare constructed with organically grown ingredients from a family farm in the Ourika valley. Enjoy light fare including bountiful salads, pasta, grilled fish with fresh herbs, and free range chicken, or lamb cutlet, polenta, fried garlic cloves and basil, drizzled with thyme leaf juice.

Restaurant Gastronomique

Restaurant Gastronomique at Es Saadi Gardens & Resort is one of the most well known and long cherished restaurants in Marrakech. Some dishes are prepared tableside while entire meals from the refined menu (see above) are prepared in the kitchen under the direction of accomplished chefs. All of the dishes, pastries, and breads are made with organic ingredients grown at the "Le Bled" family farm in the Ourika Valley. Grilled Chateaubriand with Bearnaise, foie gras with caramelised apples, honey and cider vinegar, and souiri fish tagine with spices are just a few of the delights in store.

Jardin d'Hiver
