Alliance Global Group plans to invest approximatey $300 million to develop a new integrted resort (IR) with boutique casino in the Visayas, one of the Philippines' 3 main island groups. Situated in Boracay, the country’s premier tourism spot and a top beach destination where the group owns a 150-hectare township called Boracay Newcoast, featuring an 18-hole golf course, a one-kilometer private beach, and nearly 2,000 hotel rooms. 

Boracay World Resorts is one of two projects being undertaken by Travellers International Hotel Group, the leisure and tourism arm of AGI, which is investing around $400 million in a new integrated resort in Cebu, called Mactan World Resorts.
