According to a filing with the Philippine Stock Exchange, Solaire operator Bloomberry Resorts Corp. plans to develop its third integrated casino project after it commences operations of its Solaire Resort North in Quezon City in the first quarter of 2024. First announced in 2020, Bloomberry’s newly incorporated subsidiary, Solaire Entertainment Property Holdings, Inc. (SEPHI), purchased the property spanning a total area of 2.8 million square meters in the Paniman area in Ternate, Cavite where the property will reportedly be developed into an integrated resort and entertainment complex with a casino, hotel, golf course, residential and mixed-use development.

Along with the soon-to-open Solaire Resort North, Bloomberry Resorts Corp is responsible for Solaire Resort Entertainment City located in Entertainment City, Metro Manila, Philippines and Jeju Sun Hotel and Casino located within the holiday island of Jeju in the Republic of Korea.
