Located in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip, the AAA Five Diamond Bellagio Hotel & Casino is a pinnacle of the style and elegance that one looking for the finer things in life would expect. A cross section of 20th century and contemporary art from world-renowned artists can be found in the fine art gallery. The new 5,600 square-foot BetMGM Sportsbook at Bellagio is open 7 days a week. 

Unless you have been living in a cave, you have probably heard about the Cirque Du Soleil shows in Las Vegas. There are various versions of the Cirque Du Soleil in Las Vegas and the Bellagio Casino has “O”, which features the magic of theater. “O” Cirque Du Soleil features everything from small theater performances to opera. With the exception of Monday and Tuesday, the show performs twice nightly. Tickets for “O” start at $99 and it’s recommended that you reserve your seats early, as this is a highly popular Las Vegas show.

Poker at Bellagio Las Vegas

Bellagio Poker Room

The Bellagio 40-table, smoke-free poker room is one of the finest poker rooms in the world.  The service, game selection (mid-stakes and above), amenities, including 24-hour table-side dining, complimentary beverage service, 8 32-inch television monitors, 11 42-inch plasma TV screens, and more, and setting are all first-rate--there's a reason why most regular players consider the Bellagio their favorite place to play.  Unfortunately, because it's so popular, wait times can be a bit long even mid-week--it's not uncommon to wait up to an hour on weekends and evenings for some games.  That said, if you're a poker player, you need to put the Bellagio on your "must play" list when visiting Las Vegas. The poker room also includes two high-limit areas.

The room spreads a variety of games (mid-stakes and above), including stud and Omaha daily.  Note to novices:  the smallest limit game is $4/8 and lowest buy-in NL game is $200.  In addition, there are daily tournaments (2p; see the schedule under Items of Interest for more info) and two major WPT events each year (the Five Diamond Classic in December and the WPT World Championship in April).

Expect to find better players here.  There are tourists and recreational players, of course, but it's not uncommon to find 2-3 local pros at the juicier tables.  The biggest game in town takes place in Bobby's Room, a private room off to the back.  

The chairs, tables and other amenities are all high-end and the service is top-notch.  The dealers are all highly efficient and professional, the floor staff courteous and knowledgeable and the wait staff friendly and responsive.  There's a poker room rate, but you'll need to call ahead and play at least 6 hours to qualify.

Jasmine

Perhaps the best place to experience the Fountains at Bellagio, Jasmine offers special shows beginning at 11am on Sunday for the Sunday Fountains Brunch in Jasmine. Experience the amazing aromas as Hunan, Cantonese, and the spicy Szechwan dishes are prepared and presented at your table in the garden. The Sunday Brunch menu features an exotic assortment of fresh shellfish, Sushi and Nigiri, along with a carving station featuring rack of lamb, dry-aged prime rib, and other delicacies.

Le Cirque

With 13 years in a row receiving AAA's Five Diamond rating not much more needs to be said about Restaurateur, Sirio Maccioni's Le Cirque other than the cuisine is French. You will also find some nice surprises on the menu such as citrus marinated yellowtail Hamachi with heart of palm, avocado and mango. The Risotto du Marché will be supplemented with truffles seasonally so be sure to ask if the enhancement is available.

Michael Mina

Seafood is the focus at Michael Mina’s new restaurant in Las Vegas. Michael Mina at Bellagio Las Vegas also offers vegetarian fare as well as Loin of Veal with Morel Mushrooms, Wagyu and Angus beef cuts. There is an extensive wine list featuring artisan and limited production vineyard selections for the Americas and Europe. The menu reads like a fusion experiment and excites the imagination and palette to no end.

Picasso

Executive Chef Julian Serrano of Picasso at Bellagio Las Vegas has been bequeathed the AAA Five Diamond Award thirteen times. The cuisine on the menu here is contemporary French with some regional Spanish fare - the area where the great Picasso lived, hence the name. But there is more to the name, the artistry of the comestibles comes to mind. Patrons may enjoy this fine dining at one of the 16 patio tables overlooking the Fountains and the Strip. In the heat of summer cool misters keep your experience pleasurable and in the shoulder seasons heat lamps are provided. Winter dining is indoors only.

Prime Steakhouse

Prime Steakhouse at Bellagio Las Vegas is fine dining at it's best. The menu features prime steak, seafood and lamb as well as  gluten free and vegetarian choices. The decor here is beyond opulent bathed in mocha shades with abundant Tiffany blue accents as well as commissioned paintings by Carlo Maria Mariani, George Deem and Michael Gregory. The menu speaks for itself as do the credentials of  four-star celebrity chef, Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

The Buffet

Live action cooking stations at Buffet Bellagio offer Italian, Japanese, Chinese and American cuisines, along with many more, while guests who are crazy about dessert will be able to lose themselves in fresh pastries and a personalized gelato stand. Centrally situated next to the "O" Theatre.

The Mayfair Supper Club

• Serving: Contemporary American

Overlooking the Fountains at Bellagio, Mayfair Supper Club combines dining and entertainment, making for a classic supper club experience. In addition to live entertainment, the food side of the venue features starters like Waygu & Cavier Handroll layered with horseradish cream, tonkatsu sauce and a glittering gold leaf, Hamachi Crudo and Tuna Tartar; entrees such as Mishima Farms Wagyu Prime Rib slow roasted for 7 hours and prepared tableside, Grilled Black Bass, Squash Schnitzel and Lobster Thermadore, along with salads, appetizers, and desserts like The CIGAR, an edible chocolate and hazelnut cigar showpiece that arrives hickory-smoked under a glass cloche. Caviar service is available and guests can also choose from a wine list, beer, and cocktails, such as the Lemon Drop Martini and Melonball. 

Noodles

Located adjacent to the Baccarat Bar, Noodles, led by Executive Chef Patrick Lee, offers an extensive menu featuring authentic regional noodle dishes from all over Asia. Guests will choose from traditional dishes of Thailand, Japan, China and Vietnam, with an impressive selection that includes Pad Thai, Laksa, Udon, soba, Singapore noodles, vermicelli and Pho. Also offered are more traditional favorites, beef, chicken, and fish plus vegetable, which are served over rice, along with barbecued and roasted dishes, seafood specialties, soups, congee and traditional Asian desserts. 

Lago by Julian Serrano

Centrally situated in-between Le Cirque and Jasmine, Lago by Julian Serrano is the namesake of James Beard Award-winning Chef, Julian Serrano. The restaurant features small plate Italian cuisine and guests can choose from soups, salads, crostinis, focaccia, and pizzettes, along with meat, seafood, and vegetarian plates designed to be shared.

Harvest by Roy Elllamar

Located within the Spa Tower past Essentials at Bellagio, Chef Roy Ellamar's namesake eatery, Harvest by Roy Elllamar, is all about sustainable and seasonal dining. Menu selections at Harvest include artisanal cheeses and preserves, vegetarian dishes; grilled, dry-aged and grass-fed beef; along with small bites and sides, and a selection of classic cocktails featuring cold-pressed juices and herbs, and more.

Sadelle's Cafe

Sadelle's Cafe can be found in the Conservatory, where they serve the best brunch in Vegas. Located within the Via Bellagio shopping promenade, Wolfgang Puck’s Spago features views of the amazing Fountains at Bellagio and a modern, lake-inspired flow. Diners can enjoy drinks at the bar and lounge before dining al fresco on the patio, the main dining room, or one of two private dining rooms, each of which seats up to 20 guests. For dinner choose from the market-driven menus featuring handmade pastas, wood-oven pizzas, fresh seafood, all-natural meats and prime steaks, including Waygo Ribeye. The "O" Theatre at Bellagio Las Vegas is home to Cirque du Soleil's time production simply titled "O" as well as other top shows throughout the year.
