Ayre Resort will be the first of several 5-star luxury branded properties from Ayre Group to be developed around the world with the first one being developed on the white sand beaches of Valley Church in Antigua and Barbuda.
The USD $100 million development project that is funded by profits made through the appreciation of Bitcoin SV (BSV) will consist of a hotel with 80 oversized studio suites and 30 luxurious one-bedroom suites, 8 spacious townhouses, 8 luxurious condominiums, 3 stunning villas, an Ayre Wellness Center & Spa and a Bodog Casino Club as well as other common resort facilities.
Construction is expected to commence in late summer 2018 and completed in 2021. The project is expected to create over 300 construction jobs and 350 permanent jobs when open.
