Las vegas-based Full House Resorts submitted a proposal to develop a gaming facility, American Place, in Vigo County, Indiana. The property will reportedly feature a four-star hotel with porte cochere leading to a grand lobby and an all-glass greenhouse with two restaurants. An additional dining and entertanment venue will be located on the rooftop of the hotel where guests will also find the pool, cabanas and luxury loungers. Iincluded in the approximately $2500 million budget, a casino with center bar and 1,000-plus gaming machines, 50 tables games and a sportsbook with video wall. 

Also, according to the Las Vegas-based casino developer and operator, if the Indiana Gaming Commission signs off on it, American Place will open a temporary casino facility at the former Macy's department store at Haute Center Mall within six months of receiving a license. The temporary facility would operate for 18 - 24 months while American Palace is under construction.

An all-glass Greenhouse will feature two restaurants, one casual, three-meal option spread across the the main level, while a prime steakhouse will sit atop the Greenhouse's farmhouse kitchen and overlook the agricultural vista where many of the farm-to-table dishes' ingredients will be grown. Visitors will find additional entertainment and sushi bars on the rooftop of the hotel, whcih will also feature a lavish pool with luxury loungers and cabanas.
