Ālon Las Vegas will be located on the Las Vegas Strip at the site of the former New Frontier Hotel & Casino. More details should be released in July or August with ground breaking expected in 2015 for a 2018 opening date.

So far we have found there will be two hotel towers featuring 1,100 guestrooms and suites along with a full complement of integrated resort offerings.

The property is being developed by Ālon Leisure Management LLC, with James Packer and Andrew Pascal as co-chairs, joined by Oaktree Capital Management as an equity partner.

Across the street is Wynn Las Vegas, and next door is the up and coming Resorts World Las Vegas.
