The new WSOP poker room at Alea Notts is open 8-22-14 and offers players a new venue in which to play their favorite cash games and tournaments.

Play cash games daily with a variety of tournaments occurring Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The MOnday tournament is called "Learning Curve" and is a great way to break into the game with a modest outlay. £4 entry - and they'll put £10 in for you. The tournament starts at 8pm with late registration up to 9:50. Entry after 9:15 is £14.

One may expect the price point of this upscale steakhouse to be top shelf, but only the fare, service, atmosphere, and wine list are top of the line - the prices are surprisingly affordable considering the stature of the proprietor and high quality cuisine on offer. Perhaps the most expensive item on the menu is a full pound native bred t-bone steak for £28.00. Everything else is much less including pan fried sea bream with chorizo potato salad, and wilted spinach with tomato dressing that comes in at about half that price.
