Opened in 1957, after a storied 67-year run, the Strip’s third-oldest casino closed its doors for good on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. Demolition is slated for October to make room for a $1.5 billion Major League Baseball stadium for the Oakland Athletics, relocating from neighboring California.
