Titan King Resort & Casino sits on 6 hectares of land on National Road No 1, Bavet City, Svay Rieng, Cambodia, about a kilometer from the international border with Vietnam. The casino has floor space of nearly 80,000 square feet and carries slot machines and 139 gaming tables. The casino opened in 2010 at a cost of US$100 million and is owned by The Royal Group, headed up by owner Kith Thieng, vice president  and brother to its president, Kith Meng.

The Titan King Hotel has 200 rooms and suites. The suites feature bars, kitchens, and lounge areas to name a few amenities. Cleo Massage, Spa, and Sauna as well as 3 restaurants, a free buffet at the Black Piano bar, and two entertainment venues round out the property's offering.
