JACK ThistleDown Racino was originally founded in 1924 outside of Cleveland, Ohio, and has held some great races over the years. The property is now owned by JACK Entertainment, formerly known as Rock Gaming. In February 2016 Rock announced they would be changing their name and rebranding casinos.

The Racino is home of the Best of Ohio series  and the Ohio Derby. In addition to live racing, bettors can lay wagers on live simulcasts from the top tracks in the world all year long.

In 2010 VLT slots came in and now there are over 1,400 gaming machines to play on. VLT's play just like Vegas slots but simply use a different algorithm to come up with the results - they still hold huge jackpots, and you can play for as little as a penny or as much as $25 a game.

There are a lot of dining options here with American fare topping the menus. Silks is only open during the racing season but the new Corky and Lenny’s deli is open daily  year round.

Nonna Pazza

Nonna Pazza is a classic Italian restaraunt serving up some of the freshest and best tasting pizza pies in Ohio. All food is made from scratch with the option to create your own flat breads and customize pasta dishes.

Millcreek Grille

Millcreek Grille is the latest addition the Thistledown Racino. The menu features fresh and locally inspired entrees with a focus on steaks and poultry. Craft cocktails and local microbrews are available at the full bar.

Steaks and Rings at ThistleDown Racino just outside of Cleveland specializes in hand carved sandwiches piled high with succulent roast meats.  They are located on the fourth floor and are widely known for their signature onion rings - but there's a lot more on offer too! Bars and Lounges

Thistledowns is home to three of the hottest bars in Ohio. Cleos is a classy joint with a hometown atmosphere that has become a favorite among locals. Choose from a large beverage menu that includes micro-brews, world ales, cocktails and wines.

For the sports nut, or a relaxed atmoshpere, try the Center Bar. Open 24/7, Center Bar has 17 big screen TVs. Watch games from around the nation, or see if your horse wins through the live streaminig broadcast.

The Slush Bar delivers live entertainment every Saturday.
