The Parisian Macao Review Jump to comments
The Parisian Macao is the fourth development by Las Vegas Sands subsidiary, Sands China Ltd., on the Cotai Strip. The US$2.7 billion Parisian-themed resort is now open. The larger than life venue features over 3,000 guestrooms and suites, a gaming area with space for as many as 500 new tables and up to 2,500 slot machines, a retail mall, entertainment, Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) space, a full half-scale replica of the Eiffel Tower, and a diverse variety of dining and beverage options.
Visitors to the Parisian Macao can now experience the amazing light show through Oct 11, daily from 6:20pm to 12:00am, in 20-minute intervals and from Oct 12 daily from 6:20pm to 12:00am, every 15 minutes. In support of Earth Hour, there will be no light show from 8:30pm to 9:30pm on the first Tuesday of every month.
The Parisian Macao joins The Venetian Macao - the first integrated resort in Macao which opened in 2007, offering over 10 million square feet of usable space, Plaza Casino at Four Seasons - opened in 2008, and Sands Cotai Central, which opened in 2012. In total the company has invested over $10 billion on the Cotai Strip with the vast majority of money going into huge retail malls, MICE space, and thousands of hotel rooms among other things.
Each Sands property brings something new to the Cotai experience and The Parisian Macao is no exception. Shoppes at Parisian Macao retail space will span over 490,000 square feet and feature 150 boutiques and 20 sidewalk cafes. The diversity of dining and beverage options, with at least 15 restaurants, offers broad appeal to a wide variety of affluent guests from casual diners to those with the most sophisticated palates.
The Eiffel Tower replica is intricately constructed in true detail at 50% scale of the original Paris landmark. The Parisian theme runs throughout the property offering the tempting aromas and ambiance of sidewalk cafés, pâtisseries, and bistros. Over 130 boutiques offer wares arranged by districts in Paris. Up and coming labels join the world’s most well-known and celebrated fashion designers.
We consider this magnificent City of Light to be the crowning jewel for Sands China Ltd. on the Cotai Strip.
