The Grand Lisboa Casino & Hotel is one impressive building.  The entire thing is covered in LCD screens and makes an incredible show in the night, however its equally impressive in the day time.   We know because we've stayed there.  The rooms are impecable.  They have a great buffet (although you won't find one better than Galaxy Casino Macau in Cotai in our opinion) and one of the most massive gaming floors in Macau.

The building itself is 281 meters tall and is the tallest casino in Macau.  (You can see it from Taipa easily from Greek Mythology Casino).  There are nearly 500 hotel rooms in this place.  As for casino gaming, Grand Lisboa offers you some of the best: The casino is nearly 100,000 square feet.  It has one of the largest table game layouts in Macau hosting over 230 tables!  All in addition to over 1000 slot machines.

The Grand Lisboa was designed by teams of International architects and interior designers. The property is shaped like a giant lotus flower and opened in 2007 just before Chinese New Year. The new Grand Lisboa is connected by a footbridge with the original Casino Hotel Lisboa which Stanley Ho opened back in 1971.

The remainder of the complex, which includes a 47-storey tower, will open with 430 hotel rooms later this year. With a breathtaking light show from the world’s largest integrated LED screen installed on the Grand Lisboa’s exterior, Ho has clearly upped the ante on his competitors.

The Grand Lisboa revealed a new 9,365 square feet gaming area in Mrch 2016. It can be found on the mezzanine zone, the upper first floor of the property.

Lunch and dinner are served daily with a short break in between. Private rooms are available for celebrations and small gatherings. The lunch men offers over 50 varieties of Dim Sum for those who appreciate the subtle variations of excellence. The dinner men includes such elegant and creative dishes as Double-boiled Sea Whelk with Giant Garoupa, Birch Seeds and Red Dates.

The Kitchen

Few if any other steakhouses in the world offer diners such a wide array of culinary choices as The Kitchen at Grand Lisboa. Here, not only US prime beef and Dutch veal grace the menu, you will be able to choose cuts from Japan, Wagyu and Australia as well as select your own "fresh as the moment" fish and lobster from the live tanks to be prepared to your exacting request before your eyes in the open kitchen. Enjoy the sushi selections and salad buffet and top off your meal with one of The Kitchen's decadent desserts.

The Grand Buffet

Although the buffet choices do not actually go on forever at The Grand Buffet [the buffet line is only 70 meters (230 feet) long] there are still more choices on  Asia's longest buffet line than anywhere else. Each smaller section of the line is actually a mini buffet unto itself with food being cooked in small portions right before your eyes, so you know your choice is as fresh as it can possibly be. Enjoy Asian and Indian treats, morsels, and even large servings from near and far.

Crystal Lounge & Deli

Crystal Lounge & Deli at Grand Lisboa offers a New York style deli in one of the most opulent resort properties in Macau. Noodle & Congee Corner

The Noodle & Congee Corner at Grand Lisboa Casino & Hotel serves up a variety of traditional Chinese noodle dishes including soups, La Mian, stir fries, and their legendary “Single Noodle” bowl. The “Single Noodle” bowl contains one 10 foot long noodle. The kitchen is open so you can see the chefs practice their craft right before your eyes. They prepare the food with flair and great care so that every order is a joy from creation to consumption. A limited menu of teas may be poured by the Kung Fu Tea Master adding a special dimension to your repast. 

Round-the-Clock Coffee Shop

The Round-The-Clock Coffee Shop at Grand Lisboa Casino & Hotel in Macau is open all hours of the day and night. Casual diners will enjoy specialty dishes from around the world, around the clock. Macanese and Portuguese favorites as well as American fare like hamburgers and soup served in breadbowls gives patrons plenty of choices. Fresh brewed coffee and pastries, snacks and cakes are there for your enjoyment at any time.

Lotus Lounge

Casual diners can enjoy cocktails or wine with tasty snacks like Chicken Wings with Spicy Salt Japanese Style, Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Croissants, or Assorted Sausage Platter with Sauerkraut among many other choices at the popular Lotus Lounge. The restaurant is on the ground floor of Grand Lisboa Casino & Hotel, adjacent to the Lotus Pond. An Afternoon Tea Set for Two Persons is available  from 3pm-6pm daily.
